Smash Cakes, Etc. is a cottage bakery located in Bryan, TX operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law passed on September 1, 2011. In order to work under the law I have, as required, obtained by Texas Food Handler license.
I have been baking cakes for my children and family for the past 30+ years and each cake/cupcake I make is a labor of love or I would not be in the business. The baking business is a demanding field but it is also a very rewarding field. I have received so much encouragement to take the next step forward and I appreciate all of the support and sweet words.
Each custom confection is made fresh to order. From birthdays to anniversaries or any other reason for cake (there's always a reason to have cake:), I would love to have the opportunity to make a special treat for your celebration. I hope you will let me be a part of your families special day.
